On December 13, 2021, Gladstone Investment Corporation (the Company) appointed Rachael Easton to serve as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Company, with such appointment effective immediately. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Easton, age 36, served in a variety of financial reporting and accounting roles at AvalonBay Communities, Inc., from July 2013 to December 2021, most recently as the Senior Director, Financial Reporting, from February 2019 to December 2021. Ms. Easton also previously held senior accountant roles at DCP Midstream and TTEC Holdings, Inc., and was a senior auditor in EYs financial services assurance practice in New York, New York. Ms. Easton received a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics in Accounting from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
