Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On January 8, 2008, Gladstone Investment Corporation issued a press release announcing certain valuation information of its investment portfolio as of December 31, 2007.  This information was also included in a subsequent release, issued on January 16, 2008, which corrected other unrelated information in the release. The text of the press release issued on January 16, 2008 is included as an exhibit to this Form 8-K. Pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, such exhibit and the information set forth therein and herein are deemed to be furnished and shall not be deemed to be filed.
