Gladstone Investment is a business development company. We began trading on Nasdaq on June 23, 2005 under the trading symbol GAIN. Our investment objective is to generate both current income and capital gains through debt and equity investments in small and mid-sized businesses in the United States.

Our longer-term primary investment focus will be situations involving buyouts and recapitalizations of small and mid-sized companies with established management teams.
